My band will be reflected through my shop by: being split up into sections marking their style of jacket. For example the funky jackets will have a section which will be extremely colourful in comparison to the sexy coats which will be very subtle coloured and classy.

Advertising: TV for older generation and via social media for the younger adults.

Financial planning and costings
Managing stock: scan barcode to know quantity and which products are selling the best to indicate a having to re stock certain coats.

Ensuring to have a turnover of products: Scan barcode if stock is low re order.

Market Research
Competitors: Bershka, zara, Asos, Moncler.
These shops are doing well at promoting offers to increase their demand which increases their income so the have money to innovate and expand, its also very easy to operate their online websites which will lead to more people buying their products, their international stores help as they become more popular worldwide which again leads to higher demand.
